With over a decade of experience in human resources, Jenna Dworetsky is the founder of Golden Wing Consulting, where she helps small and mid-sized businesses build strong, people-centered HR foundations. She specializes in creating scalable systems that reduce administrative strain, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.

Jenna is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University. Throughout her career, Jenna has led HR functions across a range of industries including technology, logistics, healthcare, and consumer goods. She brings strategic insight, a calm and collaborative approach, and a deep commitment to creating better experiences for both employers and employees.
