Advocacy and Activism (for Lone Arrangers): How to ensure your position and work is properly respected and funded
For Long Arrangers to thrive, it is important to understand how to best reach and influence decision-makers within and across your organization or institution. This session will help you form a clear idea of how to make your interactions with admin, stakeholders, and colleagues more intentional - and your funding more secure. Many of your funders and decision-makers are not directly invested in your program’s success. Learn from John Chrastka, executive director of EveryLibrary, how to map your work to broader institutional goals and enhance your success.
