Join Alison Macrina, director of Library Freedom Project, for this webinar addressing the tension between access and privacy in the archives. Alison will review different scenarios where privacy in archives needs to be considered, including situations impacting communities vulnerable to state surveillance. She'll also cover basic concepts in data privacy, and areas of particular concern like vendor agreements, reading room policies, and records collection. Alison will close the webinar with ample time for audience questions.
